Peer Review Process

The manuscript needs significant revision and must be resubmitted as a new or revised submission.

Decline Submission

The manuscript does not meet the journal standards or is outside the journal scope.

Confidentiality and Ethics

All manuscripts received for review are treated as confidential documents. Reviewers must not share, discuss, or use unpublished materials from submitted manuscripts for personal advantage. Reviewers are also expected to declare any conflict of interest before accepting a review assignment.
