Duties of Authors

Authors are responsible for submitting original manuscripts that have not been published elsewhere and are not under consideration by another journal. Authors must present their research accurately, cite all relevant sources, and ensure that all listed authors have made significant contributions to the work.

Duties of Editors

Fair Editorial Decision

Editors evaluate manuscripts based on academic merit, originality, relevance, and contribution to the journal scope, without discrimination or personal bias.

Editors must maintain the confidentiality of submitted manuscripts and must not disclose information to unauthorized parties.

Editors should not handle manuscripts in which they have conflicts of interest and must ensure impartial editorial handling.

Editors are responsible for ensuring the quality, transparency, and integrity of the peer review and publication process.

Duties of Reviewers

Reviewers should evaluate manuscripts objectively, constructively, and professionally based on academic quality and relevance.

Reviewers must treat manuscripts as confidential documents and must not share or use unpublished materials for personal advantage.

Reviewers must decline review assignments if they have conflicts of interest or lack appropriate expertise.

Reviewers are expected to provide clear, constructive, and evidence-based comments to help authors improve their manuscripts.

Research Misconduct

The journal takes allegations of research and publication misconduct seriously. Misconduct may include plagiarism, duplicate publication, data fabrication, data falsification, improper authorship, citation manipulation, undisclosed conflicts of interest, or unethical research practices.

Plagiarism

Using another person’s work, ideas, or words without proper acknowledgment.

Duplicate Publication

Submitting or publishing substantially the same manuscript in more than one journal.

Data Fabrication

Creating false data, results, or research records that do not reflect actual findings.

Data Falsification

Manipulating research materials, processes, data, or results in a misleading way.

Ethical Review and Human Participants

Research involving human participants, athletes, students, patients, or community members must comply with relevant ethical standards. Authors should obtain appropriate ethical approval, informed consent, and permission when required by institutional or national regulations.
